Senior Vice President - Finance

About the role

One of the most exciting, well-funded robotics startups in Greater Boston is hiring a Senior Vice President of Finance with a potential path to the CFO seat. As the company enters its next phase of explosive growth, this is your opportunity to build, scale, and lead the entire finance organization while partnering directly with the executive team, Board, investors, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead the entire finance organization.
• Partner directly with the executive team, Board, investors, and lenders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership finance experience, including success in a startup environment.
• Background in robotics, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, accounting (controllership level), strategic finance, raising capital, 409A valuations, M&A, due diligence, and scaling financial operations.
• CPA, MBA, or Master's in Accounting is a plus.

Pay

Salary range of $250,000‑$350,000 (depending on level, industry exposure and depth of experience with early stage companies), plus bonus and equity potential.
