Responsibilities
- Set and execute the engineering vision and multi-year roadmap
- Scale and lead a global multidisciplinary organization
- Establish architecture standards and AI governance
- Drive predictable software delivery and CI/CD practices
- Define and ship AI-native capabilities in collaboration with product teams
- Recruit and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to prioritize engineering initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in software engineering, with 7+ years in VP/SVP roles within enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience delivering AI-native products with strong governance
- Expertise in scaling cloud systems on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Demonstrated ownership of SRE practices and security at scale
- Strong technical knowledge of modern engineering practices and AI/ML tools
- Ability to influence at executive levels and inspire distributed teams
