About the role
Methods+Mastery is seeking a visionary, growth-minded Senior Vice President, Director of Performance Measurement & Infrastructure to join our leadership team. Reporting to Agency Executive Leadership, you will set the multi-year vision, go-to-market strategy, and overall roadmap for our agency's data, infrastructure, and AI capability suites. That vision includes hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, rigorous quality control, and intellectual curiosity. In this role, you will lead the strategic expansion of our intelligence offerings, establish practice-wide data governance, and cultivate high-level relationships across Fortune 50 client stakeholders. You will lead, coach, and collaborate with a team of senior analysts and directors to architect solutions for agency-wide innovation across data engineering, modern machine learning models, autonomous agents, and enterprise measurement analytics.
