About the role
The Senior Vice President, Risk Committee Coordinator role is located in New York, NY. This role involves:
- Leading end-to-end agenda and meeting planning
- Orchestrating presenter management and member engagement
- Own Committee meeting administration
- Designing and maintaining meeting templates and materials
- Collecting and compiling content
- Facilitating senior leadership reviews
- Publishing final assets and maintaining the Committee homepage on SharePoint
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years of experience coordinating executive-level committees or boards, including agenda planning, minute-taking, and regulatory material production.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A strong commitment to excellence and an eye for detail, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint and MS Office) and demonstrated ability to build templates, synthesize materials, track commitments, and drive actions to closure.

Pay
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
Schedule
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
