Senior Veeva Vault Quality Technical Lead - Indianapolis , IN (Local)

About the role

Act as the technical authority for Elanco's Veeva Vault Quality platform, delivering strategic Quality initiatives. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of complex Veeva Vault QMS and Quality Docs (QDocs) features.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancements for key Quality processes such as Deviation Management, CAPA, Change Control, Quality Events, Controlled Documents, and Training
• Provide technical leadership and serve as the escalation point for managed service providers, implementation partners, and support teams
• Support system validation, release management, and change control activities within regulated GxP environments
• Collaborate with architecture, integration, and data teams to enable connected solutions between Veeva Vault and other enterprise platforms
• Deliver complex platform enhancements and business process improvements

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Veeva Vault Quality configuration (workflows, security models, lifecycles) within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Strong software engineering/development skills to build and integrate solutions, not just configure the platform
• Ability to serve as a credible technical partner to a global quality organization
• Veeva Vault/Quality Vault Administrator certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability and curiosity to solve problems beyond the Veeva platform, including integration with other enterprise systems and supporting automation, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
