Senior VDC Specialist

About the role

The Senior VDC Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the VDC process, from design review to construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the VDC process, including design reviews and construction documentation.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Prepare and present VDC reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in VDC or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and materials.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
