We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. First paragraph: "At Haskell, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a nationally recognized Top Workplace where diverse perspectives and inclusive thinking drive stronger outcomes. Whether you’re starting out, growing your expertise, or leading the way, you’ll find a culture grounded in trust, driven by excellence, and built to support your goals. Here, you’ll have the opportunity, flexibility, and sense of belonging to grow your career your way—while making a real impact." That's about the company culture; could be "About the role" or maybe "About Haskell". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and put that paragraph. Next: "In this role, you will convert P&IDs, design documents, and engineering intent into highly accurate pipe fabrication drawings, assembly sheets, spool drawings, and coordinated bill of materials. This role primarily focuses on industrial projects such as water/wastewater, manufacturing and mission critical. We are open to remote team members; however, if you are located near a Haskell office, we highly encourage you to integrate with the team and our company culture. See more about Haskell's VDC team here: AE Technology Applications and VDC Teams Drive Project Success" That's also about role specifics; could be part of About the role. We'll combine. Then "Job Responsibilities:" followed by a long list of responsibilities. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. Then "Education & Years of Experience:" then bullet list? Actually it's a paragraph: "Minimum of a two-year Associate’s Degree in a CAD/BIM-related specialization such as Construction Management, Drafting Technology, Architecture, or Mechanical/Civil Engineering. 10+ years of relevant experience in AEC industry pipe detailing". That's qualifications/requirements. Then "To thrive in this role, you'll need:" followed by a long list of needed skills/experience. That could be Requirements or Skills. We need to decide sections: Requirements (education & experience) and Skills (the list). Could also combine but better separate. Then "At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more." That's benefits. Then "Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$128,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location." That's Pay. Then "Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: ..." That's maybe Schedule? Actually schedule not mentioned. Could be omitted. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. Also there is "See more about Haskell's VDC team here: AE Technology Applications and VDC Teams Drive Project Success" - that's a link; we can keep as part of About the role maybe as a sentence. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Drug-Free Workplace, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements" maybe not needed as a section; but it's substantive info about physical requirements. Could be part of Requirements? But not exactly. The instruction says only create sections when posting has real specific content for it. Physical requirements could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are only those listed. So we could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or maybe Skills? Probably Requirements. We'll include it under Requirements as a bullet. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to keep the physical requirements text. We also need to keep the "See more about Haskell's VDC team here: AE Technology Applications and VDC Teams Drive Project Success" as a sentence. We need to ensure we don't include navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning boilerplate. So we will cut out the EEO paragraph and Drug-Free Workplace etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

At Haskell, you’re not just joining a company—you’re joining a nationally recognized Top Workplace where diverse perspectives and inclusive thinking drive stronger outcomes. Whether you’re starting out, growing your expertise, or leading the way, you’ll find a culture grounded in trust, driven by excellence, and built to support your goals. Here, you’ll have the opportunity, flexibility, and sense of belonging to grow your career your way—while making a real impact. In this role, you will convert P&IDs, design documents, and engineering intent into highly accurate pipe fabrication drawings, assembly sheets, spool drawings, and coordinated bill of materials. This role primarily focuses on industrial projects such as water/wastewater, manufacturing and mission critical. We are open to remote team members; however, if you are located near a Haskell office, we highly encourage you to integrate with the team and our company culture. See more about Haskell's VDC team here: AE Technology Applications and VDC Teams Drive Project Success.

    Responsibilities

    • Translate P&IDs, process schematics, and design drawings into detailed fabrication-ready pipe models.
    • Produce spool sheets, cut lists, bill of materials, and fabrication isometrics with clear labeling
    • Coordinate pipe routing and supports with structural, equipment, and other trades
    • Interpret engineering specifications, material standards, valve schedules, and QA/QC requirements
    • Review and integrate vendor drawings, equipment submittals, and field markups
    • Collaborate with Project Managers, field superintendents, fabrication shops, and the VDC team
    • Maintain model accuracy through project lifecycle changes and revisions
    • Support the development of internal standards, templates, and best practices for fabrication detailing
    • Assist other self-perform detailing scopes as needed (steel embeds, equipment layouts, skids, etc.)
    • Support other VDC service offerings as needed:
      • Visualization - Renderings, animations, 4D schedule simulations, virtual reality
      • 3D Modeling - scan-to-BIM, construction detailing for trades and self-perform
      • Coordination - BIM coordination / clash detection between design disciplines, trade subcontractors, consultants, equipment vendors; coordination overlay drawings for overhead coordination, underground utilities, concrete, etc.
      • Estimating - model-based quantity takeoff of BIM design & construction models, field progress tracking, Power BI dashboarding, etc.
      • Laser Scanning - reality capture (laser scanning) of existing conditions for design and construction teams, including deviation analysis, and 360 photo viewing solutions
      • Digital Layout - survey stake-out and as-built reporting to support self-perform, and quality control of subcontractor installations
      • Drone - aerial survey / mapping of topography, overlays, and photo/video deliverables, for design team, construction teams, and marketing needs
      • SUE - subsurface utility engineering, with GPR & EM locates, combined with hydrovac excavation to identify existing utilities
      • Research and implement new innovative solutions to improve efficiencies
      • Travel as required
      • Other duties which may be assigned as needed
But note: The responsibilities list includes a sublist under "Support other VDC service offerings as needed:" with many items. We need to preserve that structure. Could either keep as a single li with internal ul, or break out each as separate li under responsibilities. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have nested lists. That's fine. Now Requirements/Education & Years of Experience and Skills. We have Education & Years of Experience paragraph: "Minimum of a two-year Associate’s Degree in a CAD/BIM-related specialization such as Construction Management, Drafting Technology, Architecture, or Mechanical/Civil Engineering. 10+ years of relevant experience in AEC industry pipe detailing" Then "To thrive in this role, you'll need:" list. We could split:

      Requirements

for education & experience plus maybe physical requirements. Then

      Skills

for the needed skills list. Let's do that.

      Requirements

      • Minimum of a two-year Associate’s Degree in a CAD/BIM-related specialization such as Construction Management, Drafting Technology, Architecture, or Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
      • 10+ years of relevant experience in AEC industry pipe detailing
      • Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
But note: The physical requirements paragraph is long; we could keep as a single li. Now Skills:

      Skills

      • Demonstrated experience with Mechanical, Plumbing, or Process Mechanical piping design (or subcontractor detailing preferred)
      • Experience with Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Beer/Wine/Spirits, Data Centers/Mission Critical/Manufacturing project types
      • Proficiency with BIM (Revit and AutoCAD Plant3D) is required, along with exposure to reality capture, drone, survey and layout applications is preferred
      • Understanding of project workflows (schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases) and project management
      • Understanding of different needs of the delivery team (architects, engineers, estimators, project managers, and field staff)
      • Strong understanding of piping materials (PVC, HDPE, ductile iron, stainless, carbon steel, grooved, flanged)
      • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, civil/site plans, and structural drawings
      • Clear understanding of fabrication sequencing, field installation constraints, and as-built workflows
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with distributed teams
      • High attention to detail, accuracy, and model organization
