Responsibilities
- Lead complex electrical BIM/VDC projects end-to-end, ensuring model quality and alignment with schedule, budget, and field execution.
- Work directly with electrical subcontractor clients to solve real constructability challenges before construction begins.
- Operate as both a technical authority and trusted client partner, translating incomplete or ambiguous design information into coordinated, buildable electrical models.
- Gain ownership of complex, high-impact electrical VDC projects.
- Lead and scale global modeling teams with clear scope, strong quality control, and predictable delivery.
- Earn repeat client trust by positioning VDC as a value-driver, not a checkbox.
- Improve how work gets done through better workflows, smarter tool usage, and shared best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage global modeling teams.
- Strong understanding of BIM and VDC principles.
- Experience working with electrical subcontractors and clients.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve constructability challenges.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software (such as Revit).
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Pay
The pay for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, with the potential for bonuses. The actual salary offer may vary based on a range of factors including skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
Schedule
This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required.
