We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Company Description, Position Overview, Key Responsibilities, Qualifications And Requirements, Total Rewards Program, Compensation. Also maybe Benefits? The total rewards includes benefits. We need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Company Description (descriptive paragraph) - Position Overview (paragraph) - Key Responsibilities (list) - Qualifications And Requirements (list) - Total Rewards Program (description of benefits, compensation, remote work etc.) - Compensation (salary range) - Also maybe "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" but those are not required sections; they could be part of "Requirements"? But they are not typical headings. The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: could be Position Overview. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: Qualifications And Requirements (education, experience, knowledge, skills). - Skills: maybe part of Qualifications. - Benefits: Total Rewards Program includes benefits, remote work, flexible PTO, holidays, flexible hours, remote options, office locations. - Pay: Compensation section with salary range. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; maybe flexible working hours but not a schedule. We could omit Schedule section if no explicit schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we include sections where we have real content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    About the role

    ... position overview ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a life science, engineering, or related technical field.
    • Technical Experience: 7–11 years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry; strong knowledge of FDA cGMP requirements, FMEA, and risk‑based validation principles; advanced validation expertise in equipment, computerized systems (CSV), analytical methods, and process validation; extensive experience generating protocols for automated production systems, with emphasis on computerized equipment and systems validation; demonstrated experience writing and reviewing IQ, OQ, PQ, and CSV reports; experience supporting audits, regulatory inspections, and remediation activities.
    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences; highly organized with strong documentation and analytical skills; ability to lead validation workstreams, manage multiple priorities, and work independently; strong problem‑solving skills and experience supporting investigations and root‑cause analysis; ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
But we might split into Qualifications and Skills sections. However instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into Requirements. Or we could have Qualifications and Skills separate but that may be thin. Let's combine into Requirements. Benefits: Total Rewards Program description. Pay: Compensation. We should not include legal statement, EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, position overview, responsibilities, qualifications, total rewards, compensation. We need to ensure we don't lose any details like office locations, remote work options, flexible PTO, company-paid holidays, flexible working hours, ability to work “almost anywhere”, office locations in Greater Boston; San Diego, CA; Boulder, CO; and India. Also mention total rewards program includes market competitive base salary and annual incentive plan, robust benefit offerings, ongoing recognition and career development opportunities, generous flexible paid time off program, company-paid holidays, flexible working hours, fully remote work options for most positions and ability to work “almost anywhere.” Also mention that if a physical work location is more for you, we have office locations in Greater Boston; San Diego, CA; Boulder, CO; and India. Also mention that currently, Syner-G is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. That's substantive; maybe include in a note? Could be part of Requirements or a separate note. It's not a standard heading but we could include as a paragraph under Requirements or maybe under a "Notes" section but we shouldn't create new headings unless needed. Could add a

after Requirements: "Note: Currently, Syner-G is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time." We must not include legal statement about EEO etc. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For benefits we can list bullet points. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine Company Description and Position Overview? The instruction says About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put company description + position overview under About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can put two paragraphs. Let's do:
