Accountabilities

  • Lead complex design initiatives while driving user-centered solutions that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Own and evolve design systems, reusable patterns, and experience frameworks to support scalable product development.
  • Create high-quality UX/UI designs, prototypes, and interaction models using modern design tools.
  • Mentor and support UX/UI designers by promoting strong design practices and improving team capabilities.
  • Influence stakeholders through clear communication, compelling storytelling, and well-supported design rationale.
  • Identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, collaboration models, and overall product experience quality.
  • Advocate for users by incorporating data, research insights, and usability principles into product decisions.
  • Drive consistency and accessibility across digital experiences and platforms.

Requirements

  • Experienced product designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to lead complex design efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong product thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Expert proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
  • Experience using AI-supported design tools and workflows, such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Lovable, or similar technologies, with relevant experience reflected on your CV.
  • Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Proven experience influencing product decisions and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or complex digital products preferred.
  • Strong user research and usability evaluation skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and multi-platform experiences.
  • Strong design leadership, mentorship, and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and product outcomes.
