Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data management strategies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to users on data management tools and processes.
• Monitor data usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data management and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management or related field.
• Experience with data governance frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and databases.
• Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance requirements.
