About the role

From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel.
Responsibilities
- Lead user experience design for high-impact projects within the Trust portfolio, from ideation to launch and landing.
- Define and articulate a clear idea for the user experience, creating narratives and using visual storytelling to communicate design strategies to stakeholders.
- Create a wide range of design artifacts, including briefs, wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and presentations to effectively address user needs.
- Collaborate closely with key partners including product managers, engineers, writers, and researchers to identify user needs, define product requirements, and deliver design solutions.
- Act as a key player in strategic product and design planning, leveraging AI to enhance UX capabilities and mentoring other designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
- Include a portfolio, website, or other relevant link to your design work in your resume.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects or design sprints.
- Experience with visual design, motion design, or regulatory and privacy frameworks.
- Experience creating visual storytelling and narrative artifacts to communicate design ideas.

Pay
$159,000 - $231,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
