- The EDS design system, encompassing components, patterns, and comprehensive documentation
What You'll Build in Year One
- A thorough audit of the current experience across all product surfaces, with prioritized findings
- A fully developed design system, grounded in tokens, documented components, and accessible to PMs and engineers
- End-to-end flows for the consolidated portal experience and a unified UX
- UX for an instant pay flow, a critical feature that directly influences Officer trust

- Use of generative AI as a design accelerator, enhancing rapid prototyping, concept iteration, and research synthesis
- Background in B2B operational tools, workforce management, field services, or public safety
- Familiarity with law enforcement culture or agency operations
- Experience designing payment or financial flows
Why EDS?
You won't be a mere executor of someone else's vision. You will shape the design practice at a company with real users, operational complexity, and a robust product roadmap. Your design system will be daily practice, impacting officer payments and agency operations. This is a high-ownership role at a growing company where design has a seat at the table.
