Senior UX Designer, Fashion and Fitness Subs

About the role

You'll drive UX from concept to launch for this store experience built for sports teams and organizations, partnering closely with a Product Manager who owns product vision and strategy. You'll define how teams create custom storefronts, how AI generates on-brand designs, how customers discover and customize products, and how they coordinate purchases. You'll independently manage competing stakeholder priorities, make and defend design decisions, and clearly communicate rationale to leadership with polish.

Responsibilities

• Drive UX from concept to launch for this store experience built for sports teams and organizations, partnering closely with a Product Manager who owns product vision and strategy.
• Define how teams create custom storefronts, how AI generates on-brand designs, how customers discover and customize products, and how they coordinate purchases.
• Independently manage competing stakeholder priorities, make and defend design decisions, and clearly communicate rationale to leadership with polish.
• Work with engineering, data science, business development, and cross-functional partners to advocate for customers through research, facilitate brainstorming sessions, present to senior leadership, and ensure quality through development and launch.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience in visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography
• Preferred: Experience working with scalable design systems, Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices, Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of design experience, Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices, Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar, Experience in visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
