Senior UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a design-focused professional to help shape end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong UX fundamentals, clear interaction design thinking, and the confidence to move complex work forward in an execution-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, from concepts through final specifications.
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Identify and communicate rationale, assumptions, edge cases, alternate states, and implementation considerations.
• Evaluate multiple solution approaches, identify tradeoffs, and recommend clear paths forward.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX, Product Design, or related experience.
• Strong UX fundamentals and interaction design expertise.
• Experience designing complex digital products for web and mobile.
• Design system experience and proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, and prototyping.
• Comfort working independently in ambiguous problem spaces with strong documentation and communication practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, plus accessibility knowledge and awareness of WCAG best practices.
