We offer enriching, purpose-driven careers that empower employees to make a tangible impact on patient lives. Our culture values diverse backgrounds and skillsets, fostering an inclusive environment where employees can bring their whole selves to work. Flexible working arrangements allow teams to decide where they work, whether in-office or at home, with major hubs in London, Manchester, Washington, D.C., and New York serving as collaboration centers. Homeworkers receive dedicated support and social opportunities.
Our inclusive culture is supported by six Employee Network Groups—Diverse Ability, Family, Gender, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, and Race/Ethnicity—which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through regular meetings and programs. As an accredited Fertility Friendly employer, we provide enhanced parental leave, fertility policies, and flexibility to support employees across their family planning journeys. We are also part of the Disability Confident Scheme, ensuring fair interviews for candidates with disabilities, long-term health conditions, or neurodiversity. Adjustments can be requested during the application process.
