Senior User Experience Design Specialist

About the role

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior User Experience Design Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable features based on business requirements and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate applications, systems, and user interactions across various platforms, including web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational interfaces.
• Develop and communicate design strategies effectively.
• Provide product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction.
• Enhance user experiences by improving the usefulness, usability, and accessibility of products.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into impactful design decisions, creating user-centered solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management and Application Engineering, to implement and refine designs.
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met throughout the design lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Interactive Arts and Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years
