Senior Planner
Responsibilities
- Developing design, planning, and policy concepts for plans at various scales (citywide, neighborhood, small area)
- Leading / managing planning projects at various scales
- Identifying RFPs, and helping lead and prepare bid packages for an array of planning and design projects
- Participating in meetings with clients, project partners and consultants, and other Interboro staff
- Organizing and participating in community outreach activities, and designing engagement materials for these activities
- Conducting site visits and other fieldwork
- Producing reports and other public-facing materials
- Producing drawings, models, and maps
- Aiding with various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience working on plans at a variety of scales
- Fluency with Adobe CS and ArcGIS
Qualifications
- Highly organized, creative, outgoing "people person"
- Excellent writing, visualization, and project management skills

Schedule
