Senior Universal Banker

Role Overview

This position involves providing sales, service, and operational support to clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will handle daily financial transactions such as deposits, currency handling, and check cashing, as well as opening and processing various deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and product recommendations based on consultative needs.
• Deliver prompt, effective client service, resolving issues and inquiries related to accounts and transactions.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, supporting deposit and loan campaigns.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to partners to deepen relationships and generate new business.
• Support operational functions, including audit controls and daily banking center activities.
• Assist with loan applications, guiding clients through the process and coordinating with relevant staff.
• Enhance personal knowledge through training and meetings to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, risk management, and internal controls.
• Maintain current awareness of operational updates and organizational changes.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, supporting team and operational efficiency.
