(Senior) Underwriter:in Cyber

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze, assess, and underwrite complex cyber risks
• Develop tailored and innovative insurance solutions that meet the challenges of a constantly evolving cyber market
• Confidently lead contract and pricing negotiations with brokers, large clients, and other business partners
• Continuously monitor relevant market trends and actively contribute your expertise to the strategic and product-related development of our cyber portfolio
• Collaborate closely with sales, IT, claims management, and external partners
• Support the development and training of underwriting guidelines and share your knowledge with colleagues

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a (Senior) Underwriter in cyber insurance
• Solid insurance expertise and strong analytical skills for evaluating and optimizing IT security measures
• Strong decision-making ability, confident handling of complex risks, and skilled in negotiation
• Persuasive communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with a commitment to actively developing the division within the team
• Completed degree in law, economics, computer science, or IT security
