This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Underwrite new and renewal accounts, ensuring alignment with guidelines and risk appetite
- Manage senior and specialty broker relationships while actively engaging with clients on complex accounts
- Maintain organized underwriting documentation and comply with internal governance standards
- Lead discussions on coverage and non-standard structures for large-market underwriting
- Utilize deep technical underwriting judgment to assess risks involving complex organizational structures
- Mentor and support junior underwriters with file assessments, broker communication, and deal strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance underwriting decisions and client outcomes
- Shape local underwriting practices and improvements for sophisticated business dealings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of underwriting experience, particularly in high-complex cyber and Technology E&O risks for large enterprises; experience in miscellaneous professional liability is a plus
- Ability to analyze and understand complex cyber and technology risks and their implications for underwriting
- Skill in combining underwriting expertise with broker and client needs to create effective solutions and articulate rationale clearly
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for executive-level interactions with brokers and clients
- Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to underwriting standards or training programs

Pay
$120,000 – $160,000 annually
