Essential Job Functions: Responsible for pursuing new business and managing an existing book of renewal business in our Management Liability portfolio focusing on privately held and nonprofit companies, which includes Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary Liability and Crime coverage lines.Underwrite, rate, and service new and renewal submissions and participate in client meetings as required.Develop and maintain agency and broker relationships with retailers and wholesalers across the west region, meeting department service standards. Negotiate with brokers within the limits of delegated authority and in accordance with established underwriting standards to achieve profit objectives.Develop a working knowledge of other Starr products to facilitate cross sale of those products where applicable.
