What You'll Do
- Lead pricing and financial analysis for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary benefit programs.
- Evaluate fully insured and self-funded healthcare plans, developing recommendations that drive competitive and sustainable outcomes.
- Analyze claims experience, utilization patterns, trend data, and risk factors to identify opportunities and mitigate financial exposure.
- Partner with consulting, sales, and client teams to create customized benefit solutions for complex organizations.
- Support proposal development, renewal strategy, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Present underwriting insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging healthcare dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Background
- 3+ years of underwriting, healthcare finance, actuarial, budgeting, or employee benefits experience.
- Strong understanding of medical and ancillary insurance products.
- Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and financial models.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting self-funded and fully insured benefit programs is highly preferred.
