CGI is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead to join our growing U.S. AI & Automation practice. As a trusted UiPath Platinum Partner, we help organizations modernize operations through intelligent automation and emerging AI technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UiPath professional who enjoys remaining hands-on while providing technical leadership, collaborating with business stakeholders, and contributing to solution architecture. In this role, you will design and develop enterprise automation solutions, mentor fellow developers, and work closely with clients to deliver scalable, high-quality automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong UiPath development experience, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has hands-on exposure to the solution architecture lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design. This position is located onsite in the Denver, CO area (Centennial, CO). Your future duties and responsibilities Design, develop, test, and implement scalable UiPath automation solutions using industry best practices Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and translate business needs into technical automation solutions Participate in solution architecture activities by contributing to technical design, implementation planning, and automation strategy Evaluate automation opportunities and provide recommendations that maximize business value and operational efficiency Develop attended and unattended UiPath automations utilizing Automation Suite and UiPath Cloud capabilities Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including coordination with offshore resources Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role 6+ years of professional experience in software development, intelligent automation, or related technology roles 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience delivering enterprise automation solutions Experience serving as a technical lead or leading development efforts on automation initiatives Hands-on exposure to the solution architecture process, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, solution design, technical estimation, and implementation planning Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Strong experience with UiPath Automation Suite and/or UiPath Cloud Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (C# or VB), SQL Server, APIs, and system integrations Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences Ability to mentor developers while remaining hands-on in solution delivery Desired Qualifications UiPath Solution Architect Certification UiPath Infrastructure Engineer training Experience with UiPath AI Center, Action Center, and Document Understanding Knowledge of UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and Autopilot capabilities Experience Integrating Generative AI Capabilities Into Automation Solutions Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $113,400.00 $198,400.00.
