Senior UI/UX Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate user experiences.
• Translate design mockups into production-ready, clean, and maintainable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Conduct user research, define user personas, and perform usability testing to refine and optimize user journeys.
• Ensure websites and web applications are fully responsive, fast-loading, and compliant with accessibility standards (WCADA/WCAG).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite to create high-fidelity UI/UX assets.
• Implement and maintain front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Employ version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and document code changes.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills and user-centered design principles to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Requirements

• US Citizen (Dual Citizens accepted if they have an active clearance)
• Active Secret Clearance Required
• Possession of Security+ or equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Development Languages: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, Java, and JavaScript.
• Frameworks: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems, ideally GitLab.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and an obsession with user-centered design principles
