Senior UI Developer

Job Duties

• Oversee the development and updating of web pages using HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap with cross-browser compatibility.
• Lead the design of React framework with react-bootstrap and usage of Redux to maintain application state.
• Work on form validations using Vanilla JavaScript.
• Use HTML5 datatypes, web workers, canvas, and application caches.
• Implement media queries in SCSS files for responsiveness on mobile and tablets.
• Develop and update Ajax dynamic web pages and update the DOM (JSON parsing).
• Manage the project life cycle, including technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of website enhancements.
• Create mock APIs in mockable.io and assist teams in unblocking work.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, scrum masters, and interact with different stakeholders to gather data for development or enhancement.
• Review and prepare impact analysis documents and high-level designs, fixing new requirements using tools.
• Review low-level design and unit test plans, as well as ER models and case diagrams.
• Develop new applications as needed and enhance existing applications according to specifications.
• Integrate web applications with other backend systems.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team for system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support Liberty applications and servers to increase their efficiency.
• Review code and unit test reports at the completion of requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or a related Information Technology field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position.
• Demonstrable proficiency and knowledge with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, Node JS, Ajax, JSON, and React.

No travel; no telecommuting.
Position is project-based at long-term projects at various unanticipated client sites within the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each long-term project.
