We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse the posting.
Key info:
- Senior Tyler HCM Consultant with hands-on Tyler Enterprise ERP / Munis HCM & Payroll experience.
- Independent advisor to a TECKpert client (Midwest county government) on fully remote engagement.
- US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY. Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) will be considered.
- Working with Us description: talk about options, flexible schedule, remote work, etc. Might be considered "About the role"? Actually "Working with Us" is more about company. Could be "About the role" or "About TECKpert". We'll include as "About the role" maybe.
- Position Overview: description of role.
- Key Responsibilities: list.
- Required Skills And Experience: list.
- Preferred (Bonus): list.
- Engagement Details: Duration, Work Location, Compensation.
- Next Steps: application instructions (should be removed). Also boilerplate about EEO, fraudulent submissions, etc. Remove.
- Also mention "All of our opportunities require at least 20 hours per week and can be one to twelve months in length." That's part of Working with Us.
- Compensation: "This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position with possible extensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $150 per hour or $312,000 per year."
- Duration: Approximately 15 months (late October 2026 through post-go-live stabilization, currently targeted January 1, 2028), plus up to twelve (12) monthly option-term renewals.
- Work Location: 100% Remote. Occasional remote attendance at Teams meetings as requested.
- Also mention "US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY. Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) will be considered." That's a requirement.
- Also "All of our opportunities require at least 20 hours per week and can be one to twelve months in length." Might be relevant to schedule? Not exactly schedule but minimum hours.
We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: Could include Position Overview and maybe Working with Us description. Provide a paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: Could include US based, citizenship, minimum 20 hrs/week, maybe duration? Actually duration is engagement details, not requirement. Requirements could be citizenship, location, maybe experience? But experience goes under Skills/Qualifications. We'll separate: Requirements: US based, citizenship, minimum 20 hrs/week.
- Qualifications: Could include hands-on Tyler HCM/Payroll experience, government ERP implementation experience, independent oversight experience, functional expertise, data conversion validation, testing strategy, communication skills. That's basically Required Skills And Experience. Could be Qualifications.
- Skills: Could list specific skills: Tyler Enterprise ERP / Munis HCM & Payroll, HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Self-Service, Data conversion validation, Testing strategy, Parallel payroll testing, Written/verbal communication, Executive reporting, Vendor accountability, etc.
- Benefits: Not explicitly stated besides maybe "wide variety of roles", "coworking and skills training coupled with stability of full-time employment", "agile path to start and advance career". That's more about company. Could be Benefits section.
- Pay: Compensation details.
- Schedule: Work location remote, occasional Teams meetings, maybe flexible schedule? The posting mentions flexible schedule and remote work as options. Also "All of our opportunities require at least 20 hours per week". So schedule: minimum 20 hrs/week, flexible, remote.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. But we can include Pay section with actual numbers: up to $150 per hour or $312,000 per year.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, fraudulent notices, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include everything substantive: Position Overview, Responsibilities, Required Skills, Preferred, Engagement Details (duration, location, compensation), Working with Us description (options, flexible schedule, remote, coworking, skills training, stability, agile path), US based/citizenship requirement, minimum 20 hrs/week.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We must output only HTML fragment.
