About the role

The Senior Trust & Estate Manager will oversee the administration of trust and estate accounts, providing comprehensive financial management and legal compliance services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of trust and estate laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of trust and estate accounts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of trust and estate accounts, including investment management, tax planning, and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families to build long-term client loyalty.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trust and estate administration or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial and legal matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with trust and estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule
