Senior Trial Attorney

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex cases from onset to resolution
• Serve as lead trial counsel demonstrating advanced trial advocacy skills
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for various legal disputes
• Provide timely evaluations on liability exposure and trial strategies
• Proactively manage cases to align with client expectations
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil litigation experience required
• Extensive experience in insurance defense and subrogation litigation
• Significant experience with complex commercial litigation and construction defect matters
• Demonstrated success in managing high-exposure litigation
• Preferred experience representing a wide range of clients including insurance carriers and contractors

Pay

$138,000 – $243,000 annually
