About the role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s global treasury strategy
- Own and develop cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity
- Manage daily cash operations and reporting across multiple currencies
- Assist with capital structure planning and execution of financing activities
- Create and maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures
- Implement and deploy treasury technology infrastructure
- Manage foreign exchange risk and recommend hedging strategies
- Ensure timely compliance with financial reporting and audit requirements
- Partner with accounting and finance teams on treasury-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred
- 8+ years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Strong understanding of global treasury operations and cash management
- Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms
- Excellence in financial modeling and analysis
- Multinational experience dealing with foreign currency
- Proven success in building a function and creating new processes and policies
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay
$200,000 – $230,000 annually
