Senior Treasury Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s global treasury strategy
• Own and develop cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity
• Manage daily cash operations and reporting across multiple currencies
• Assist with capital structure planning and execution of financing activities
• Create and maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures
• Implement and deploy treasury technology infrastructure
• Manage foreign exchange risk and recommend hedging strategies
• Ensure timely compliance with financial reporting and audit requirements
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on treasury-related matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred
• 8+ years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Strong understanding of global treasury operations and cash management
• Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms
• Excellence in financial modeling and analysis
• Multinational experience dealing with foreign currency
• Proven success in building a function and creating new processes and policies
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay

$200,000 – $230,000 annually
