Senior Treasury Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will oversee core treasury operations that support growth, liquidity, and disciplined capital management across a complex, multi-entity healthcare organization. The Senior Treasury Manager will build scalable treasury infrastructure for international and commercial expansion while partnering closely with finance, banking, and external stakeholders. This position will also own key controls, forecasting, and compliance processes to strengthen cash visibility and treasury governance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,500 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Build treasury infrastructure for international and commercial expansion Manage debt portfolio and covenant compliance calendar Drive daily cash positioning, liquidity, and forecasting across all entities Manage capital flows and short-term investments in line with policy guidelines Lead treasury controls, audit, and policy administration Own the Treasury Management System and implement new modules Serve as a banking and payments subject matter expert while developing team and external relationships Qualifications 10+ years of cash management and treasury operations experience, preferably in a large corporate environment Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation required International treasury experience with multi-currency cash management and cross-border funding Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and compliance with ACH and NACHA rules Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and external partners Benefits Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plan with low or no premium Generous paid time off $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend Stock options for all employees Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above Parental leave program 401K program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
