Senior Treasury Analyst
Job Summary
The Sr. Treasury Analyst will report directly to the VP, Treasurer and will support the day-to-day management of the organization's banking and treasury operations. Key responsibilities will include bank account administration, including account openings, modifications, and closures; administration of treasury and banking systems; management of banking products and services; support for cash management activities; payment processing and oversight; maintenance of bank documentation and authorized signatory records; monitoring of cash positions and liquidity; and coordination with banking partners to ensure efficient and effective treasury operations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Bank Account Management: opening/closing & products and services
- Ensure timely deposits of on-site checks
- Administer bank portals & treasury System
- Maintain positive banking relationships with partner banks
- Support client cash management and funding activities
- Collaborate and provide information upon request to Client Onboarding and Success, AP, AR & Accounting
- Monitor incoming/outgoing treasury management system files between Sage and Partner Banks
- Responsible for printing, preparing and mailing checks in timely and accurate manner
- Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits
- Serve as a resource during business expansion and integration activities
Requirements
- Verification of bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field is required
- 4+ years' experience in treasury is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Knowledge of Kyriba, treasury management system
Skills/Specialized Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of cash management, banking and treasury management systems
- Detail oriented and demonstrates a 'can-do' positive attitude
- Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment
- Self-starter with solid organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities or reprioritization of projects
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Physical and Mental Demands
This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
