Senior Travel Advisor (Remote)

In this role, you will support corporate and individual travelers by coordinating travel arrangements, resolving complex travel issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive travel professional with strong industry knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a passion for creating seamless travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international air, hotel, and car reservations for corporate and individual travelers.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maximizing company revenue through preferred supplier programs.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex travel situations with minimal supervision.
• Support travelers across various locations and time zones.
• Assist, mentor, and train less experienced Travel Advisors.
• Collaborate with management and team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
• Manage non-ticketing and travel-related administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Business-level English proficiency required.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within the travel industry.
• Experience with GDS platforms, including Smartpoint and Travelport Plus.
• Knowledge of airline commission structures and preferred vendor programs.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM PST

Pay

$45,000 - $60,000 USD (DOE)
