About You

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Civil Engineering, Planning, Business.
• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• This level may be achieved by technical professionals or technical managers with 15+ years of experience since B.S., with at least three of these years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities.
• Certification as a "Project Management Professional" (PMP) or "Certified Construction Manager" (CCM) required within one year of assuming this position.

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $170,000 - $220,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
