About the Opportunity A satellite services company based in Seattle, Washington is looking for a senior transactional attorney with 10+ years of experience with customer agreements, supply agreements, and regulatory support for a 3-6 month engagement starting as soon as possible. The work will involve providing legal support to the company's satellite business line. The attorney will draft, negotiate and advise on key commercial agreements, and support the business on regulatory matters. This is a full-time role working West Coast hours.
