Accountable for overseeing and delivering real estate services to clients, with a focus on managing real estate functions, contracts, negotiations, and all required transaction services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate advanced transactions, including market optimization, site selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals.
- Lead major or high-profile transactions with minimal supervision.
- Compile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client deliverables.
- Monitor and review team workload and performance.
- Understand and implement client strategic real estate goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance during on-boarding of new team members, including training.
- Build and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer regular feedback to leadership on issues, challenges, and areas needing focus.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations.
- Participate in team and client objectives to meet targets and goals.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and vendors.
- Manage or execute special projects as assigned.
- Demonstrate initiative by taking on additional responsibilities.
- Assist in preparing transaction documents (e.g., case studies) for new business pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Must obtain and hold a state real estate license.
- Advanced familiarity with lease language, terms, and reconciliation processes (e.g., Common Area Maintenance, insurance, real estate taxes).
- Proficiency in applicable software/hardware, including advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously.
- Proven record of exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and meet or exceed deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- General office work, including extended periods of sitting and computer use (up to 8 hours daily).
- Periods of standing, such as operating office equipment (copier, fax, scanner).
- Regular communication (talking, hearing) and manual tasks (writing, typing).
- Ability to speak clearly and convey information effectively in writing and orally.
- Regular use of vision for reading printed materials, graphics, and computer displays.

Pay
$110,500.00 - $130,000.00, depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, qualifications, and collective bargaining agreements. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
