Senior Trade Compliance Analyst
Job Overview
The Senior Trade Compliance Analyst leads and supports complex regulatory compliance efforts within NEER, focusing on SOX, CFTC, and FERC requirements. The position involves analyzing trading activities, identifying compliance issues, and managing compliance audits with limited supervision. In collaboration with various teams, the Senior Analyst drives reporting and compliance improvement projects and educates staff on updates to regulatory standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop rigorous compliance processes and procedures
- Oversee compliance policies and ensure their implementation throughout the business units
- Perform comprehensive reviews and assessments of compliance activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on compliance initiatives
- Analyze complex trading data to identify non-compliance issues
- Provide in-depth training and mentorship to less experienced analysts
- Ensure timely submission of compliance and audit reports
- Recommend improvements or changes to compliance strategies
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience
