Senior Title Examiner/ Account Manager - Westcor Land Title Insurance Company

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out and oversee advanced title research.
• Collaborate effectively with examiners, agents, and customers to resolve complex examining issues.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior examiners to support their professional growth.
• Serve as a liaison between examiners, underwriting, and title agents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely issue resolution.
• Assist with light underwriting tasks as needed.
• Manage multiple open items simultaneously while maintaining clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

• 10 years Florida title examination experience, metes and bounds legal description mapping, and knowledge of Florida real property law (probate, foreclosure, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive working relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in complex title scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Underwriting exposure or experience is a plus.
