Senior Title Closing Agent

About the role

TalentoHC is partnering with a growing title insurance agency seeking a Senior Title Closer to join its team. This role will be responsible for independently managing high-volume residential and commercial title closings, from intake through final title policy, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in full-cycle title closing and a proven ability to manage 30-40+ files per month with accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume title agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policy
• Review and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documents
• Clear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and title defects
• Cook up funding and execute accurate disbursement of funds
• Ensure timely recording of legal documents
• Issue final title policies once all requirements are met
• Analyze title searches and public records for accuracy and risk
• Coordinate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transaction
• Work closely with processors, including remote teams, to maintain workflow efficiency
• Prepare title abstracts and title opinions when required

Qualifications

• Active Florida Title Agent License
• 5+ years of title closing experience
• Proven ability to manage 30-40+ files per month independently
• Experience working with processors, including remote processors
• Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with commercial closings
• Background in title examination or abstracting
