Senior Threat Intelligence Engineer

About the Role

Lead the enterprise Threat Intelligence program, delivering actionable intelligence on emerging cyber threats, threat actors, and attack techniques to security and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the global threat landscape, including zero-day vulnerabilities, vendor advisories, and threat intelligence feeds, to identify risks impacting the organization.
• Manage and optimize Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), with a strong emphasis on ThreatConnect, integrating intelligence with security tools and workflows.
• Conduct risk-based vulnerability assessments, prioritize remediation efforts, and partner with infrastructure and application teams to reduce security risk.
• Develop and enhance threat intelligence processes, including intelligence collection, analysis, enrichment, validation, and dissemination.
• Automate threat intelligence and vulnerability management workflows using scripting and API integrations to improve operational efficiency and response times.
• Produce executive-level reporting and security metrics that communicate threat trends, risk exposure, and remediation progress to business and technology leadership.
• Apply industry best practices and frameworks, including MITRE Telecommunication&CK and NIST, to strengthen the organization's Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management capabilities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Pay

Salary is $170,000 to $185,000 plus bonus.
