Your Impact
- Implement individualized treatment plans for your caseload or as a floater in our center-based programs.
- Collect and document data daily, tracking client progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to evaluate procedures, conduct assessments, and recommend skill-building goals.
- Support caregivers with training and guidance to apply behavior strategies effectively at home and in the community.
- Assist in scheduling, staff support, and maintaining smooth center operations.
- Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and promoting high-quality treatment delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field is required (Master’s in ABA preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of ABA experience with children, especially those with developmental disabilities.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively while also working independently to achieve shared goals.
- Child Interaction: Comfortable supporting children, including managing challenging behaviors safely.
- Professionalism: Maintains clear boundaries with families and supervisors; receptive to feedback.
- Growth Mindset: Willingness to contribute to program development and implement evidence-based practices.
