The Senior Technology Project Manager will lead the Technology Portfolio Management team in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. This position is part of a broader initiative to optimize technology infrastructure and support services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for technology portfolio management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of technology projects
• Monitor and report on technology performance metrics to stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology project management
• Proven track record in managing complex technology projects
• Experience with technology portfolio management methodologies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL and/or TOGAF frameworks
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
