About the Opportunity:The SENIOR TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGER role is central to leading and tracking the development and implementation of complex technology projects. This position ensures project alignment with strategic objectives, manages cross-team dependencies, and supports execution from planning through delivery. The role is key to maintaining communication between program leadership and external clients, managing risks, and driving integrated program outcomes. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for project technology issues and client interactions.Manage project expectations and communicate with stakeholders to meet program priorities.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy.Perform project management functions including work breakdown, cost estimation, scheduling, progress tracking, and staff development.Lead delivery of application development, systems integration, and product customization services.Implement development plans and ensure adherence to lifecycle standards.Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.Ensure team knowledge of applications, technologies, and processes.Direct requirements analysis, testing, and programming support when necessary.Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Prepare and manage technical presentations and demonstrations.Coordinate with leadership and external clients for clear communication and alignment.Facilitate cross-functional coordination among business, engineering, security, and leadership.Lead program resources through goal setting, coaching, and performance feedback.Provide status reporting and executive briefings.Manage action items and RAID logs.Partner with finance and business operations on budget and staffing plans.Collaborate with contracts teams to manage project deliverables and client communications.Develop and maintain integrated project plans and implement corrective actions.Use standardized tools to track initiative status and provide transparency. Requirements:Strong project management skills with technical understanding.Experience managing complex, multi-team technology projects.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external clients.Skills in risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.Ability to lead and develop team members.Proficiency in managing project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
