Senior Technician (Bioanalytics)

Ardena is a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) and Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in precision medicine development. Ardena supports pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in bringing innovative, complex molecules from discovery to market across five sites in Europe and the United States.

About the role

The Senior Technician performs all tasks focused on bioanalysis and validation studies, working independently and coordinating or coaching other technicians. This role involves practical problem-solving and extensive knowledge of Ardena processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute all tasks and responsibilities of a Senior Technician in bioanalysis and validation studies.
• Coordinate the execution of bioanalysis or validation studies.
• Train new employees.
• Serve as System Manager for laboratory equipment.
• Perform transfers and method development under the supervision of an (Associate) Scientist.
• Participate in the implementation of new equipment.

Qualifications

• Medium or high professional level of laboratory-related education (MBO/HBO).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform key responsibilities may be considered.
