About the role

The Senior Technician performs all tasks focused on bioanalysis and validation studies, working independently and coordinating or coaching other technicians. This role involves practical problem-solving and extensive knowledge of Ardena processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all tasks and responsibilities of a Senior Technician in bioanalysis and validation studies.
  • Coordinate the execution of bioanalysis or validation studies.
  • Train new employees.
  • Serve as System Manager for laboratory equipment.
  • Perform transfers and method development under the supervision of an (Associate) Scientist.
  • Participate in the implementation of new equipment.

Qualifications

  • Medium or high professional level of laboratory-related education (MBO/HBO).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred).
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform key responsibilities may be considered.

Pay

$65,000 - $80,000
