Senior Technician
If you are wondering what makes Trimedx different, it's that all of our associates share in a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities, and each other with equal measures of care and performance. Everyone is focused on serving the customer and we do that by collaborating and supporting each other. Associates look forward to coming to work each day—every associate matters and makes a difference. It is truly a culture like no other.
About the role
You’ve mastered medical equipment. Now lead from the front—where your expertise shapes how an entire team delivers care.
- Own uptime: diagnose, repair, and calibrate complex medical systems that clinicians rely on daily.
- Lead in the field: guide technicians, run huddles, and keep service delivery sharp and on track.
- Raise the bar: train others, solve the problems no one else can, and turn lessons into better systems.
- Be the bridge: translate technical reality into clear updates for nurses, doctors, and leadership.
Requirements
You’re our person if…
- You step in, not back, when equipment fails or the path isn’t clear.
- You enjoy teaching others as much as solving the issue yourself.
- You see patterns in problems—and fix the root, not just the symptom.
- You’re as comfortable with people as you are with circuits and code.
Qualifications
- 5+ years working with medical equipment in clinical engineering or healthcare technology management (required)
- CE experience and ability to lead and influence others (required)
- 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience (required; certification programs may substitute)
- Certifications like A+, CBET, CRES, or CLES (preferred)
- Strong computer, networking, and troubleshooting skills; valid driver’s license
Why us
You won’t just maintain equipment—you’ll influence how care is delivered across departments. We trust our Senior Technicians to lead projects, shape operations, and improve how the team works every day.
