Senior Technician

Senior Building Automation Service Technician We're working with a leading Building Automation and Smart Buildings provider seeking an experienced Senior BAS Service Technician to support a growing portfolio of commercial and mission-critical facilities.This is a field-based role focused on troubleshooting, servicing, commissioning, and optimizing Building Automation Systems across a range of complex environments. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and resolve BAS, HVAC controls, and integration issues.Perform system upgrades, service work, and preventative maintenance.Commission controllers, devices, and complete control systems.Support customer sites through troubleshooting, programming adjustments, and system optimization.Work closely with project teams, engineers, and end users to ensure systems operate efficiently.Provide technical support and mentorship to junior technicians when required.Complete documentation, service reports, and customer communications. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience.Strong hands-on troubleshooting and service background.Experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO), Continuum, or related Schneider platforms.Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and network architectures.Experience working with BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based building systems.Knowledge of HVAC equipment including AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, and central plant systems.Strong customer-facing communication skills. Preferred Experience Niagara / Tridium integration experience.Mission-critical, healthcare, higher education, or large commercial project experience.Programming and commissioning experience.Electrical and controls troubleshooting background.
