About the role
At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, one of Danaher’s 15+ operating companies, you’ll contribute to life-saving work in clinical diagnostics. This Production Operations role is part of the Reagent Operations department in Chaska, MN, and is fully on-site. You’ll follow established procedures, maintain training records, ensure smooth material flow, and execute work orders to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute the daily production plan to meet due dates and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
- Operate laboratory equipment, including pH meters, conductivity meters, analytical balances, and automated/semi-automated production equipment to deliver high-quality products to downstream customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or Technical degree preferred.
- Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP).
Preferred experience includes work in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $25–$30 per hour. This role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
