Senior Technical Training Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver Online instructor-led training to customers
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive training schedules
• Assess the training needs of customers effectively
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather customer feedback
• Collaborate with other trainers and management for training improvements
• Create and communicate training strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with management levels
• Educated multitasking and time management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skillful problem analysis and solution strategizing
• Familiarity with Training systems and best practices
