About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success – Support team. This role will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, using AI tools where appropriate to enhance the support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Use AI tools to improve support efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with AI tools and technologies
