About the role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success – Support team. This role will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, using AI tools where appropriate to enhance the support experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and escalate issues as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use AI tools to improve support efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with AI tools and technologies
