Senior Technical Sourcer - Executive/Research (Contract)

As a Sr. Technical Sourcer, you will partner with engineering teams to build a strong candidate pipeline for roles in Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, SoC, Digital Health, and Data Science at various levels, including executive sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies incorporating multi-channel searches and techniques.
- Create and maintain a strong network of potential candidates with an active market presence and deep industry research.
- Use market data to strategically source candidates and present insights to stakeholders, shaping strategies based on market analysis.
- Work closely with hiring teams to source and qualify target candidates while aligning with broader business needs and setting clear expectations.
- Promote Samsung’s employer brand and utilize advertising techniques to attract top talent.
- Measure conversion rates, tracking passive candidates through the hiring pipeline (applicants, interviews, offers, hires).
- Demonstrate diversity awareness and apply sourcing techniques to reach diverse populations.
- Maintain market and business intelligence, collaborating with hiring managers to refine position requirements.
- Partner with recruiters and coordinators to establish and optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles, engaging niche talent from unique sources.
- Experience sourcing technology leadership (AI, GenAI, ML, CV, Robotics, etc.) for Director+ level positions.
- Proven ability to identify potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
- Ability to analyze and present market data to inform sourcing strategies and calibration.
- Expertise in crafting and sending effective recruiting emails.
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers to define position requirements.

Pay
Hourly pay rate range: $65 - $85 USD.
Schedule
This position will be performed in an office setting. The role requires sitting and standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, and frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.
